1. Product Photos and Descriptions

   • We make every effort to accurately display and describe our pieces, including colours, materials, and sizes. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen display, or the handmade nature of the items.

   • We may discontinue products or change prices at any time without notice.

2. Pricing and Payment

   • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that: You are authorized to use the chosen payment method, and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full amount of your order.

3. Shipping

   • EverMase is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once items are shipped and in the hands of the carrier. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

   • All shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for any delays or strikes by the carrier.

   • In addition, pick-up orders must be picked up within 7 days of notice that the order is ready for pick up, or it will be shipped to you at the customers cost.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

   • Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final.

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email: charmedbyevermase@gmail.com. Include your order # and photos of the issue.

   • We do not accept cancellations after an order has been processed.

5. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Limited Edition Pieces

   • From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. These cannot be applied to previous purchases, combined with other offers, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time.

   • Limited Edition pieces are only available during a specific time frame and are not offered outside of that.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • All jewelry should be worn and cared for responsibly; we are not responsible for damage due to misuse, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

7. Privacy Policy

   • We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you make a purchase or create an account, contact us, enter giveaways and promotions.

   • This information may include: your name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, payment details, order history and preference, and any other information you may provide.

   • Your information is used to: process and fulfill orders, communicate with you, and send emails.

   • We may only share your information with payment processors, and shipping carriers.
