How long will it take to get my jewelry?

Processing times vary from 3-5 days since every piece is made to order. If you have chosen to pick-up your order, you will receive a notification that your order is ready. In addition to processing times, if you have chosen shipping within Canada this will be an additional 2-5 days depending on where you live.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality metals. Sterling silver and 14k gold filled. For our gold pieces we have chosen to use gold filled instead of plated or vermeil. Gold filled does not have any sterling silver in it, and although it is more expensive, it lasts far longer than gold plated over base metal and over sterling because it has 100 times more gold than any possible plated process. This is why you’ll notice a price increase on any gold pieces we offer. Each charm, chain, and clasp is hand-selected to ensure quality and longevity.

Do your pieces tarnish over time?

With proper care, EverMase jewelry is made to last based on the materials we have selected to use. Avoiding exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions will keep your pieces shining beautifully.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotion or perfume to maintain its shine.

Can I personalize my jewelry?

Absolutely. Many of our pieces can be customized with additional initials and birthstones. Check out “add ons” available when shopping for an item. Or check out the “custom order” shop and complete the form.

How do I find my size?

You can use our size guide for an easy way to measure your wrist or neck at home. If you’re unsure, we always recommend sizing up slightly for a comfortable fit. We do not offer an adjustable fit.

What if my bracelet doesn’t fit properly?

Every piece is made to order based on your size selection during the purchase process. If your item doesn’t fit due to an error on our end, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Why is there a limit on charms for custom orders?

Every piece is handmade. We cut the links and solder back together for every charm that is added. This gives the incorporated charm look instead of the traditional dangle charm bracelet. The importance of limiting charms is to maintain the structure of the chain.
